• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice; however, any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout and on the shipping policy page.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the courier, and external factors such as customs clearance.
• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received your full payment.
• If a product is delivered damaged or incorrectly, you must contact us within the timeframe specified in our Returns & Refunds section.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible products within the return period stated on the Returns & Refunds policy page, in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned product. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear in your account.
• Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items may be non-refundable unless faulty.
